This Tiny House Comes with Its Own Porch Swing and Greenhouse

Gardening, porch swing, and the sweetest traveling home? Yes, please!

Olive Nest Tiny Homes has brought all of this together in a new model called The Elsa.

It comes fitted with a second, smaller trailer that hooks up to the main house, complete with a greenhouse and porch. This does come with a somewhat troublesome traveling plan as you might require two cars for your trip, but nobody lives in a tiny camper home for abundant convenience…

With or without the option of a greenhouse, the Elsa unit is still a pretty thoughtfully crafted home with a sizable floor plan ad excellent layout.

The airy entrance takes you into a lounging area which features a full-sized couch (which doubles as a pullout bed) and a chair.

There’s plenty of storage hidden under the stairs that lead up to the loft bedroom.

The galley kitchen fits a fridge, a full-size gas range, and oven, as well as a large stainless steel sink. A moveable bar table offers a place to sit down and eat.

But what really sets this tiny abode apart is its second trailer that attaches to the main house — at 85 square feet, it’s a minimalist gardener’s dream. The mini-greenhouse provides year-round opportunity to grow fruits and veggies, and wraparound planters can house bright, colorful blooms. The deck area even has room for a porch swing, making it the perfect spot to spend a warm summer evening.

Featured on an episode of Tiny House, Big Living, the Elsa is currently for sale, with an asking price of $81,000. Keep in mind that with two trailers, the owner would need to take two cars or two trips to move this luxury tiny home to a different location.
