Undoubtedly, These Flying Squirrels Are the Cutest Fluffy Animals on Earth

These spotted furry little squirrels are definitely the cutest animals to looks at. They’re called Flying Squirrels, even though they don’t actually fly . They glide using a furry membrane or patagium between their front and rear legs. This membrane helps them glide over 100 meters, either if it is to escape a predator or just reach another tree.

Their body is covered in a grey fur in the back, and white in the stomach area. They are super fluffy and their tiny pink nose adds the cuteness even more. Their skin helps them stay warm in winter. They don’t hibernate during this time, but they can sleep for a several days at a time. They are usually found in Japan and in Europe, from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific coast, and fall under the category of Old World flying squirrels.

For most of the pet lovers there, we know we are choosing our pets wisely (if we have the chance to). Some things have to be considered, like our capability to raise the animal or the practicality of raising a certain breed. Because sometimes, you would be allured by the look of the pet and only realize that it would be hard to maintain the pet.

The veterinarian Ben (@ben.the.vet) shares the same viewpoint. So he published a video where he ran down the breeds of cats and dogs that would have the most disadvantages for him as a vet. Keep in mind that this list is from a veterinarian’s perspective and is subjective. This does not intend to foster aversion towards the mentioned breeds.
