This Designer Simplifies Arabic Language by Transforming Words Into Their Actual Meanings

If you’ve founded the Arabic language difficult to understand, that struggle has come to an end by one genius architect and graphic designer, Mahmoud Tammam.

Based in Alexandria, Egypt the designer started this project of transforming Arabic words into illustrations. Using the Arabic characters, Tammam fashions their curves into the bodies of animal, pieces or even landscapes, based on what that word means, and he also adds pronunciation of these Arabic illustrated words to help you sound them.

This bridges the gap between language barriers—even if you can’t read the language, you can look at Tammam’s illustrations and instantly understand what you’re reading.
