When we are alone, we have the space to explore and do the things we like in the way that we like them done. For example, we’re cooking, and our jam comes up, you just have to stop and vibe with that. Or when you see yourself in the mirror looking all bomb, you have to compliment yourself out loud for being an awesome human being, who manages to look bomb even after all the work, breakdowns, and everything else present in your life.
You do all that because you’re alone, and there’s no pressure, no judgment. But imagine how weird that would be if other people were around.
There are so many things that we all do as individuals but never really talk it out with one another. Haven’t we all rushed to bed after turning the lights off with the idea that the bed it’s the safe place where the demon can’t get you?
