Abdullah Aydemir it’s a photographer from Turkey, based in Istanbul, and has been working as an amateur photographer for about 15 years.
Before that he used to do pencil drawings and sculpture, while his main job was teaching. Being passionate about art, and surrounded by children he combined his two greatest loves in his photography project titled ‘Eyes of Istanbul’.
“I love photographing people and children who are symbols of innocence. They say eyes are the mirror of the heart, that’s why I focus on the eyes when I take a portrait photograph. ” said the artist when reached out by Earthwonders.
Aydemir explained that he usually meets the kids randomly on the street, and always captures his images in the street. By doing so, he’s able to expose the beauty of Istanbul in every corner of it.
