Artist Creates Unique Minimalistic Tattoos With Only One Bold Continuous Line

A lot of people are fans of tattoos, especially the ones we have that have a deep meaning to us. And for sure there are a lot of tattoo artists out there, each with their unique style of work that are ready to paint your ideas on your skin.

One of them with a very special technique of working is Mo Ganji, who has caught the attention of the internet with his minimalistic tattoos done only by one continuous line. Even with such a limited composition, Ganji is able to represent and capture the image of people and animals, which he shares on Instagram.

In addition to minimalist faces and figure studies, the artist also finds inspiration in wildlife. Mighty bears, intertwined fish, and howling wolves are just some of the animals that inspire Ganji. With one simple bold line, he’s able to create whatever you ask him to, sometimes adding small amounts of stippling to suggest shading or add a little bit of tonality to his pieces.

Times Historians Had No Idea What Something Was And Women Stepped In And Told Them

In class, I learned that when I don’t understand something, someone else probably does. It’s more useful to learn someone’s perspective in a field than to force your perspective and fail miserably.

That’s the moral lesson to be learned in this viral Twitter thread by Gennifer Hutchison. For her, there are things that male historians and anthropologists get wrong because they usually don’t involve women’s perspectives in their research.
