London Underground, better known as “the Tube,” handles up to five million passenger journeys a day. During peak times, more than 543 trains are whizzing around the Capital. The Tube is the main mean of transportation for tons of people to travel from and around central London. With so many people using the Tube every day, “‘random’ is probably a daily occurrence.”
The Facebook page “Overheard on the Underground” is dedicated to sharing all the weird things that happen underground. “From the woman with a suitcase of false teeth to a monkey in a wheelchair,” the page’s description states. We have compiled a collection of the weirdest yet uproarious things people have snapped a picture of on their daily metro commute. When it comes to the Tube, ‘weird’ reaches a whole new level, take a look!
