Dining Adventure Through the Kentucky Countryside in a Vintage Train Car

The “My Old Kentucky Dinner Train” is an awesome dining adventure that unfolds across the Kentucky countryside. It is a two-and-a-half-hour ride that departs from charming little Bardstown and passengers are treated to a gourmet meal in a glamorous 1940s dinner car decked out with all the vintage bells and whistles. The train’s menu changes with the seasons and it includes a four-course dinner service ($84.95 for adults, $54.95 for children) and also another one with three-course lunch ($69.95 for adults, $44.95 for children).

It’s not only about food or the chance of dressing up a little, but this train ride also covers 23 beautiful miles of scenic terrain: through Bernheim Forest, over a wooden trestle bridge, and past the Four Roses and Jim Beam distilleries. And also, there are special excursions offered throughout the year: the Murder Mystery Party Ride ($109.95 for adults, $69.95 per child) and the 21-plus Bourbon Excursions ($109.95 per person).

The Murder Mystery Party Ride pairs a four-course dinner with a live murder mystery show. And 21-plus Bourbon Excursion features a four-course meal along with a bourbon tasting hosted by a master distiller.

But this is not done yet. There also is a surprise for our mom’s called Mother’s Day ride on May 12. Where each mother receives a rose and a special dessert after the three-course lunch.

23 Y.O. Daughter Who Lives At Her Dad’s House Rent-Free “Exposes” Him On Social Media For Excluding Her From Family Vacation By Not Buying Her A Plane Ticket

Each parent has a different parenting style. With each parenting style comes a different way of showing a misbehaving child their wrongdoing, along with a different way of correcting such wrongdoings.

This father had a very terrible daughter. In his post in the Am I The A-Hole subreddit, he began by describing his daughter as someone who had a bad attitude and barely made it through high school. This is in contrast with her younger sister, who was the cream of the crop. To reward the younger, he thought of taking her on a fully-paid vacation. When the older heard of it, she wanted to come but agreed that she would pay her expenses. Come the day of the trip, the older hadn’t paid for her trip yet because she assumed that her father would vouch for her. Follow the full story below!
