There are many ways you can acquire a pet cat, such as buying one from breeders, adopting from a shelter, choosing one from a pet store or even be inherited. Or as it is in the case of some people, the cats break into your house and they choose you to be their human/servant *laughs in evil cat*. Way simpler actually, huh?

They are charming, no doubt. Their cute big eyes staring into yours when you go to the pet shelter, purring at you with an innocent expression to convince you to adopt them. Or in other cases, paying you a visit at 2:30 in the morning, deciding to bring their feline cats to your front porch, following you all the way to the house, or simply jumping in your lap through your car window, and bam – now you own a cat. Or a cat owns you, whichever works.
