Domestic cat, tiger, or lynx, they’re all cats in the end. And they appreciate each other’s company no matter their body size. I wish us humans would be the same though, but instead, we like to put our ego first! Anyway, let’s talk about something positive that happened among the animals, and why not, learn some lessons in there.
A few years back, a stray cat sneaked into a zoo at the Leningrad (St Petersburg) Zoo, the oldest zoo in Russia, to give some companionship and friendship to a European Lynx. “The calico cat bonded with the Lynx on the first day they met. They have been inseparable since. Now they are living together at the Zoo,’ reported LoveMeow.
It seems that the zoo noticed their friendship arising, so they decided to adopt the cat, and be each other’s family, as the Lynx and the cat are inseparable.
“According to the local people, the calico was homeless and happened to find food in the lynx’s enclosure. The lynx did not reject her, rather she became her best friend. It seems as if the cat needs the lynx as much as she needs her. The zoo adopted the cat so that she and her lynx friend could live together.” – LoveMeow
